Personal identification information
Thapos collects personal information from Users in a variety of ways to provide the Services, including, personal content when Users visit to the Site, register on the site, and in connection with the Services and other activities we make available on our Site. Such information will help you efficiently access your account.
Users may be asked for, as appropriate, for additional information:

- Sport information: position, statistics, school name, team name
- Event and schedule information: location of games, future events, confirmation of attendance
If the User is under 13 years of age, then we may ask the parent / guardian for optional information about your child (same as above). You should not submit information about children under 13 unless you are the parent or guardian of that child or have the permission of the parent or guardian.
In some instances, you may need to pay for your use of our Services using credit card, debit card, PayPal or other third party services. We use third party payment processing companies engaged by us to process payments in connection with the Services. These third parties have committed to Thapos to process your payment information in a secure, PCI compliant manner. Your information is processed and retained by these third parties and will not be passed on to Thapos. Thapos does not store your payment information in any way.
Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

When teams and sports organizations with children under 13 use Thapos, the parents / guardians of the children are responsible for entering and managing their children’s information or authorizing others to do so.
