Personal identification information
Thapos collects personal information from Users in a variety of ways to provide the Services, including, personal content when Users visit to the Site, register on the site, and in connection with the Services and other activities we make available on our Site. Such information will help you efficiently access your account.
Users may be asked for, as appropriate, for additional information:
- Personal data: name, mailing address, email address, phone number, gender
- Sport information: position, statistics, school name, team name
- Event and schedule information: location of games, future events, confirmation of attendance
If the User is under 13 years of age, then we will ask the parent / guardian for optional information about your child (same as above). Thapos does not offer this Service to children under 13 and we never knowingly communicate directly with children under 13. You should not submit information about children under 13 unless you are the parent or guardian of that child or have the permission of the parent or guardian.
In some instances, you may need to pay for your use of our Services using credit card, debit card, PayPal or other third party services. We use third party payment processing companies engaged by us to process payments in connection with the Services. These third parties have committed to Thapos to process your payment information in a secure, PCI compliant manner. Your information is processed and retained by these third parties and will not be passed on to Thapos. Thapos does not store your payment information in any way.
Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.
We may also use your contact information to send you marketing messages. If you do not want to receive such messages, you may opt out by following the instructions in the message. If you correspond with us by email, we may retain the content of your email messages, your email address and our responses.

Thapos may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Thapos does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. Furthermore, we do not target our service to children under these ages nor will we ever knowingly communicate with children under 13. When we work with teams and groups with children under 13, the parents / guardians of the children are responsible for entering and managing their children’s information or authorizing others to do so.
