lean against a wall 45 to 60 degree angle with your arm supporting the body

make sure the toes join with the rest of the foot.

Bring one knee up and accelerate through the simulation.

From that position,bring the recovery leg down and then plant the leg up.

You can do a repetitons or a certain time limit.
