This drill will improves your Agility. You can measure your performance of this drill. The muscle groups affected are Unknown

The person should lie on their front or their head on to the start line.

The person runs around the 1st cone and then runs to the middle,he then runs cross to cross through the cones and then he does the same thing coming back,after that then you run to the right cone and run all the way to the finish line.
