Floor Touch Test measures the flexibility of the lower back and hamstring muscles. It is similar sit and reach test. 

Floor Touch Test is a very simple test to conduct. Floor Touch Test can be performed quickly with very minimal equipment. 

Stand on the floor with bare-footed, hands at a sides and feet together.

Now lean down slowly to touch the floor with finger tips up to 10 seconds. Make sure your knees should not bend.
