Standing on a Round Ball (All Sports)

Determining the muscular strength and balance of the athlete.

The standing on a ball test helps to identify the balance and muscular strength of the athlete. The athlete may use different sizes of the ball.

Take a round ball and stand on it using both your legs. Take the support of a pol initially.

Leave the poll and check, with assistant's help, for how many seconds you were able to balance yourself on the ball. The assistant will be using a stop watch.
