T-Test is a common agility test. T-Test is used in many sports programs. T-test is best suited for athletes in sports that require them to sprint forward, move laterally, and backpedal. This is effective for sports like American football, tennis, soccer, basketball, baseball, softball, and volleyball. This Agility test measures the ability to make quick changes of direction while moving at speed, as the athlete might do in soccer, tennis, or basketball, to name a few.
