If your child tries out for a travel team and does not make one, you can request a refund if your child does not want to play on an intramural team. However, you will be assessed a $35 administrative fee. If your child makes a travel team and your child does not want to play on that particular team, no refund will be issued.
For all other players, our refund policy is such that you can request a full refund before October 31st. After Oct 31st, all leagues and team counts will be formed, insurance paid for everyone and uniforms ordered and we must assess a $35 per player fee to cover all charges related to your child that we incur. Once teams are formed no refunds will be issued. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund.
